Our CPA firm is in Texas and Data Network Technologies (DNT Services) is located in Kansas. We have used their managed network services for over 8 years. For a recurring monthly service fee, we receive desktop and server monitoring and support, and that includes regular program updates and all computer issues addressed. What happens if you lose internet connectivity and DNT can’t connect to troubleshoot your problem? We know because it happened to us! Anthony drove in over-night and was at our office within 10 hours, and worked around the clock to get us running again before the start of business. He has now implemented virtual servers with redundant backups to the cloud, and with all the preventive and regular maintenance, we haven’t needed a surprise visit in several years! A monthly fee is easy to budget and Anthony Rogers works with us every year to project any projects, what they will cost and helps us revise our 3 year technology budget.
